Hello, I have came to SAC a few times and every time I call the lady is always nice when answering the phones and listening to my issue and quickly getting one of their top mechanics on the phone to talk to me. When I come in, it’s ALWAY CLEAN AND SMELLS GOOD, AND COFFEE available to customers as well as BOWLS OF PEPPERMINTS EVERYWHERE. To be honest, they are pretty awesome and I don’t understand negative reviews. They have worked on my 73 Chevelle. If I had questions, they were answered.

As always Snellville Auto Center provided top notch service! Fast, friendly, and affordable!. I highly recommend SAC to everyone. They are an awesome team from the front desk, service people, and managers. I have always been treated like family! Thanks again SAC!!!

I need to share this with you, I started going to Snellville Auto when I first move to GA in 2017. I had a problem with my car, [ in 2017] I took it to a shop. Well, I was charge for something that wasn't wrong with my car. and the problem was still there. I called Snellville Auto for them to fix the problem. I was told to take my car back to that shop and that they had to fix the problem. I did and they fix it. [ making a long story short]. That was when I knew I was dealing with honest people. 8-22-21 I went to the store and when I came out my car would not start. I got a jump, came home and called Snellville Auto. I told the owner what happen. He told me it didn't sound like a battery problem, more like a starter problem. I agree, because I had a fairly new battery. He also told me what a starter would cost. I told him I need my car and if it needs a starter do it. A few hours later I rec'd a call with the results. It wasn't the starter, it was the battery. The best part of this for me, I had a 0 bill. I purchased this battery from them. What I am saying is, I could have been charged for a starter and would not have known any different. HONESTY, that is what we all want. Their prices are reasonable and very good customer service. I rated them 5 stars

2nd time i have used SAC. Quick turn around & both times cost was less then quote. Honest as 1st trip had something covered thru dealership. They explained & printed out the issues to take to dralership. Will continue to use & recommend
