Snellville Auto Repair

As always I had excellent service at Snellville Auto Center. It's nice to a shop where you are remembered and treated like family.

The items I requested to be looked at were and recommendations made. I appreciate being told when something is necessary and when it can be delayed. Work was done on time. Staff are friendly and professional, while still being personable.

Had major work on our vehicle. SAC explained what needed to be done in a way that we could understand and from there provided us options for us to work with. Got the job done fast.

The service was quick and very good. The staff is always very courteous, especially Gail at the front desk. I trust what they say that my cars need and they have taken very good care of them. Seven years ago I took my 1994 Mazda 626 to them to get it to pass emissions, because I always had trouble getting it to pass. I had spent so much money at other places trying to get it to pass that I considered taking it to Alabama, where emissions tests are not required, and selling it. They got it to pass for about a $100.00 and I have been going to them ever since with all my cars.

I thought My water pump was leaking & was prepared to pay over 350$,But they found it was just a hose and saved me big bucks,thanks for being fair and honest.I will always bring my families cars to Snellville Auto Center.

Very good, friendly environment and they installed my part that I brought into them in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable, will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Service was reliably good, as always. The technician called and explained options and estimated costs before starting the work. Work was on schedule, and estimate was accurate.

Snellville Auto was up to their usual excellant standards. Service to our vehicle was timely, thorough with costs for repairs exactly as they quoted. From the minute you walk in you are treated as family and know your vehicle will be serviced or repaired according to manufactuer guidelines.

The staff were very friendly. I got there at 7:56 AM, but more than an hour before my car was looked at. I am not sure why I waited that long. However I thought the price was fair and the problem with my car was explained by the mechanic. He explained the problem but I am concern about if the problem was fixed completely I still feel little wavers in the car's motor. I will have to monitor it over the next few days.
