We took our car in to have the oil changed before driving on an out-of-state trip. Snellville Auto Center is our one and ONLY service department that we trust to service our vehicles. They have a highly trained, thorough, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have never felt so welcome and confident in having our automobiles serviced by anyone in the past as we do with Snellville Auto Center. They make us feel like family and they have always taken great care of our auto needs and at very reasonable prices. I feel completely confident in knowing any work needed will be taken care of in a timely manner and the peace of mind I have knowing that no unexpected work will be done without them first contacting me in advance for approval is comforting. No other Service Center has ever made me or my husband more confident. We've been doing business with them for years and we will continue doing so. In our first encounter, Snellville Auto Center did an extensive rear brake replacement for half of what the dealership was going to charge me. Second encounter, head to toe tune up, new tires and alignment of a recently purchased 11 year old Civic. They did a great job, finished it on the day promised, charged me a reasonable amount and the thing handles like a new car now. I am a customer for life.

A job done well in a timely manner. While waiting for an oil change, communications by the staff with other customers shows that SAC cares for the owner as much as the vehicle.

The service was excellent, as always. Sure to like making an appointment on line for things like my oil change, and for me, that I can do it early on a Saturday morning.

I was frantically looking for someone to do the annual inspection on my 95 Ford so I could get my tags. When I drove up to Snellville Auto they were ready to close, but took me anyway. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I intend to take my cars there for future repairs. They have been there forever and its never "luck" that people stay in business for that long!
