Snellville Auto Repair

We had it in the shop to check the brakes. They actually told us that they would last another year. I trust them so much. They could have done a brake job anyway.

I can always count on excellent service at a fair price. I love Gail's warmth and the professionalism of everyone. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Took my car to Snellville Auto because of a problem with the check engine light being on. Car is a 2004 Ford Taurus (Ford dealership "could not" figure out what was causing the problem, even after 4 trips there). Snellville Auto was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day. Repairs were well worth the money I paid. The only issue I have is that I would have liked to have been told what the repairs would cost me before the repairs were done. I knew that there would be a diagnostic fee, but they went ahead and did the repairs without getting authorization from me first, which I wasn't expecting. I would have been in a really awkward position if the cost of the repairs was more than what I could afford. Anyway, the cost was very reasonable so I was satisfied with that.

For about 3 yrs, I have taken my car to Snellville Auto because they are a little closer to my home. Prior to that, I had taken vehicles to their branch in Loganville. I've had great experiences in both locations! From the check-in counter to leaving with my car, everybody has continued to provide the usual great service,friendly attitudes and smiles.They treat you with the concern and care that they would show toward their loved ones and family members and strive to do the work right the first time.

I can always trust you to be thorough, to convert anything that isn't in prime condition into a safely operating system, and to do this nicely and quickly, without charging an arm and two legs!! I have a 2500hd GMC Diesel truck. The breaks (all 4) started to lock up as I was driving down the road. Snellville Auto looked @ the problem and told me what was needed to fix it. I gave them the go ahead to fix it, they did and I am back on the road again. Snellville Auto did a lot of work for a very fair price. I would recomend this company to anyone.

The service was, as always,excellent. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not need and the work was done on time.

My son's engine would hesitate when pressing gas.Jeff ran diagnosis check, ran gas cleaner solution thru system and replaced an oxygen sensor. Car runs great.
