New to the area and had a major overheat after returning from a trip; called Snellville Auto Center; courteous and professional; friendly and responsive to my needs; called me promptly with a quote and then repaired my car in 1 day. Overall, an excellent experience at a reasonable price.

They did a lot of work on our car. the service was professional, informative, and affordable. The car rides great! The lady at the front counter ended the positive experience on a great note!

The work was done fast & efficant. The price charged was what they said it would be. The mechanic told me what was the problem & all was taken care of. The mechanic (Bryan) is great.

Took my car to Snellville Auto because of a problem with the check engine light being on. Car is a 2004 Ford Taurus (Ford dealership "could not" figure out what was causing the problem, even after 4 trips there). Snellville Auto was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day. Repairs were well worth the money I paid. The only issue I have is that I would have liked to have been told what the repairs would cost me before the repairs were done. I knew that there would be a diagnostic fee, but they went ahead and did the repairs without getting authorization from me first, which I wasn't expecting. I would have been in a really awkward position if the cost of the repairs was more than what I could afford. Anyway, the cost was very reasonable so I was satisfied with that.
