Family Focused. Always Pleasant. Service with a Smile. They are professional. The waiting room is cozy (fresh coffee always). They translate automotive stuff in "girl language" so women go in peace that you can trust them and they will treat you fairly as if you were their sister. I LOVE EVERYONE THERE. The service is IMPECCABLE. The patience is a learned expertise that should be modeled! This store needs more recognition for a job EXCELLENTLY done! I am additionally impressed with their organizational culture of the staff. The fairness and communication as a team is a morale booster that keeps consistency in all they do.
